Pure Wings 3 140mm PWM High-Speed BL109 is a high-performance PC case fan designed for users who need strong airflow, high static pressure and reliable cooling for gaming PCs, workstations and custom-built desktop systems. With its 140mm size, PWM control and optimized airflow design, the fan is suitable for PC cases as well as demanding radiator and heatsink applications.
- The Pure Wings 3 140mm PWM High-Speed can reach a maximum speed of 1800 RPM, delivering airflow of up to 72.2 CFM / 122.6 m³/h and air pressure of up to 2.44 mmH₂O. The nine optimized fan blades are designed to generate strong air pressure, helping the fan push air effectively through restrictive components such as radiators, heatsinks, filters and fan grilles.
- A key feature of the BL109 is its closed-loop motor technology. The system continuously monitors the actual fan speed and compensates for changes caused by airflow resistance. When resistance from a radiator or grille causes the fan to slow down, the motor can increase its speed to help maintain the target RPM. This makes the fan particularly useful for demanding cooling configurations.
- The fan frame has also been optimized to reduce air leakage around the outlet. Combined with the specially designed fan blades and adjusted blade angle, this construction helps improve air pressure and radiator performance while maintaining efficient airflow.
- For flexible cooling management, the BL109 uses a standard 4-pin PWM connector. A compatible motherboard or fan controller can regulate fan speed according to system temperature and workload. This allows the fan to deliver higher cooling performance when the computer is under heavy load while reducing speed during lighter workloads.
