- The be quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3 Black BK042 is a high-performance dual-tower CPU air cooler designed for modern gaming PCs, workstations and demanding desktop systems. With a cooling capacity of up to 250 W, six high-performance 6mm heat pipes and two Pure Wings 3 120mm PWM fans, it provides powerful and dependable thermal management for compatible Intel and AMD processors.
- The dual-tower heatsink uses six copper heat pipes with a nickel-plated base to efficiently transfer heat away from the CPU. The CNC-machined contact surface is designed to provide effective contact between the cooler and processor, while the large aluminum fin array helps dissipate heat efficiently.
- Two Pure Wings 3 120mm PWM fans provide active airflow through the heatsink. Each fan can operate at up to 2000 RPM and delivers airflow of up to 59.6 CFM (101.2 m³/h), with air pressure reaching 2.41 mmH₂O. The optimized fan blades and funnel-shaped air outlet are designed to direct airflow efficiently through the heatsink fins.
- The Pure Rock Pro 3 Black has a maximum noise level of 34.8 dB(A) at full fan speed. The 4-pin PWM connection allows compatible motherboards to automatically adjust fan speed according to CPU temperature and workload, helping balance cooling performance and acoustic output.
- Its compact offset dual-tower design improves compatibility with RAM and VRM heatsinks. The height of the front fan can also be adjusted when required, providing additional installation flexibility. For AMD AM5 systems, the mounting system can position the base over the processor’s hotspot area.
- The cooler supports Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 1150, 1151 and 1155 sockets, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4 platforms. Thermal grease is supplied and applied, while the mounting kit supports both Intel and AMD systems.
- Finished in an elegant all-black design, the be quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3 Black BK042 combines high cooling capacity with a clean appearance. With six heat pipes, two 120mm PWM fans, 250 W cooling capacity and broad platform compatibility, it is a versatile CPU cooling solution for gaming PCs, workstations and high-performance desktop builds.
