- The be quiet! DARK ROCK 6 BK046 is a high-performance CPU air cooler designed for users who want powerful thermal performance without sacrificing quiet operation. Featuring a robust single-tower design, six high-performance 6 mm copper heat pipes and a dense aluminum fin array with ceramic coating, DARK ROCK 6 efficiently transfers heat away from the processor and helps maintain stable temperatures during demanding workloads.
- At the heart of the cooler is a custom Silent Wings 135mm PWM fan with a Fluid Dynamic Bearing and smooth 6-pole motor. The fan delivers up to 79.48 CFM of airflow and 2.48 mmH₂O of air pressure while maintaining a maximum noise level of just 31.1 dB(A). For users who prioritize silent computing, the DARK ROCK 6 also features a semi-passive quiet mode that keeps the fan completely stopped below 40% PWM, while a hardware switch allows convenient switching between Quiet and Performance modes.
- The DARK ROCK 6 has an asymmetrical design with strategically designed heatsink cut-outs to provide excellent RAM and VRM cooler compatibility. Its overall dimensions are 10.24 × 13.9 × 16.2 cm, making it a powerful yet comparatively compact high-end air cooler. The nickel-plated copper base is CNC machined for effective CPU contact and is also compatible with liquid metal thermal grease.
- Installation is made easier with a pre-installed mounting bridge, rail-based fan mounting system and included screwdriver. The cooler supports a wide range of modern Intel and AMD processors, including Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 1150, 1151 and 1155, along with AMD AM5 and AM4 platforms.
- Finished in an elegant black design with a magnetic top cover, the be quiet! DARK ROCK 6 BK046 is well suited for gaming PCs, high-performance desktops, workstations and systems where a balance of cooling performance, compatibility and low acoustic output is important.
